Sparrow Amenities
Most Sparrow amenities are in or next to the large clubhouse building on the NE corner of the property. They include:
• Carpeted great room with Wi-Fi Internet access, couches, chairs, tables and a full kitchen. Residents can rent the main room of the clubhouse, with use of the kitchen, for parties and other special occasions. Please contact the office for more details.
• Fenced-in pool area with Wi-Fi Internet access large pool, kiddie pool, outside showers, and access to the clubhouse's his-and-her restrooms with showers and a dry heat sauna.
• Fitness center with a variety of exercise machines, stretching mats, and a free-weight system.
• Game room foosball table and pool table.
Clubhouse amenities are available free to residents at these hours:
Monday and Tuesday 8 a.m. to noon •
Wednesday - Friday noon to 4 pm • Closed on weekends. For access to the pool area, fitness center, and game room when the clubhouse is not open, residents may purchase a Recreation Key from the office for $35.
Tennis, Basketball and Racquetball
Sparrow's full basketball court and tennis court were recently resurfaced. Our racquetball court is in a state of disrepear. The Board has not yet decided whether to invest in the repair of this amenity.
Car Wash
A hose connected to our well water system for car washing is located at the SE corner of the 8th Ave. parking lot, next to the tennis court.
